Having used eBay as a source of income now for over 7 years, it still amazes me to see how many new sellers are starting up at their eBay business from scratch - and making good profit from the start. I have seen many so-called "amazing" eBay kits that claims to guarantee you profit over the years. Sadly, most of these are not worth the price and just bundles outdated information or "expert advice" that you probably could have figured out yourself.

A Surprisingly Valuable Toolkit!
There is a couple of good startup kits however, and the best one I have seen so far is called the eAuctionTutor (pictured below).

The toolkit itself is now FREE (I'm not sure for how long, their website doesn't state this), but I only paid $1.95 to have it shipped to my home for this article. It arrived 2 days later as I expected. When I first started out on eBay, I was not selling very well. It took me many months to learn the ins and outs, get a good seller reputation, and to make good profit off my sales. Had I had access to this eBay kit back then, I know for a fact that I would have gotten off with a much better start. This kit has everything an eBay amateur can ask for: tons of training material to learn the ropes, special access to literally hundreds of thousands of items you can sell for profit, and you even get to have a custom website built for you if you so desire. Their website claims the product offerings include "780.000 products". Although I was unable to verify this number, I was able to tell that the vast selection is plenty enough (and then some!) for anyone wanting to sell items in almost any niche out there.

eBay still the easiest and fastest-growing way for "ordinary people" to make lots of money online
In 2005, CBS News ran a story about the continuing growth and success of eBay. The success affects not only the founders of eBay, but also thousands of regular families and households in America every day. The internet is full of get-rich-quick schemes and scams creating false hopes for people who fall for them. eBay however, is in a totally different position altogether. It is a trusted site, with an easy concept anyone can follow. You buy or own something worth a certain value - and you resell it for a little more than what you aquired it for, and make profit. It's that simple.

However, there are some things that can cause people to give up on their eBay business too soon:

- they cannot find enough items to sell at a low enough price. This is about finding the right wholesale dealers

- they don't know where to start, or how to present their own eBay profile or store

- they don't know how to make the transition from unexperienced (never having sold anything in their life), to becoming true sellers.

- they find certain parts of the process complicated or unmanagable. Be it promoting their auctions, dealing with shipping, handling sales, etc.

I must say that eAuctionTutor deals with all these surprisingly well. What you get here in one kit (which is well written and easy to follow, by the way) is very impressive. Especially considering you only have to pay for the shipping. For eBay sellers who are already making big profit and are well into the "game" - this eBay kit will probably not make a difference. But if you're reading this article, chances are you came across this because you are in need of something like this. And I can say I highly recommend it.
